Rakenna & Remontoi 2027 is a traditional building fair, marking its 24th edition at Myyrmäki-halli in Vantaa. The event initiates the 2027 fair season, running from January 29 to January 31. Annually, approximately 10,000 visitors attend the fair, many of whom have building and renovation projects actively underway. The fair serves as a gathering point for builders and renovators from the Uusimaa region.
What visitors will find
Visitors to Rakenna & Remontoi 2027 will find diverse offerings, including various work demonstrations, expert lectures, and information sessions available every day of the fair. These diverse offerings include work demonstrations scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday. Expert lectures and information sessions are also available daily throughout the event. For families, Rakenna & Remontoi 2027 provides Muksula, a dedicated playground for children, which allows parents to engage with product exhibitors.
Programme & speakers
Henriikka Riihitupa hosts the entire Rakenna & Remontoi 2027 fair weekend, covering Friday through Sunday. She previously hosted the Housing Association and Professional Day on Friday at the preceding fair, and now takes charge of the program stage for the full event. The program stage features various events throughout the weekend, including presentations from experts and TV personalities.
Garden designer Laura Moilanen, known from the "Huvila & Huussi" program, will appear on the main stage on Saturday, January 30, 2027, and Sunday, January 31, 2027. Yard and garden projects are consistently among the top-four renovation interests for visitors. Property lawyer Markus Talvio from Jurinet Oy offers legal advice daily, lecturing on renovation responsibilities and regulations on Friday during the Housing Association Day. On Saturday and Sunday, Markus Talvio's lectures will address issues relevant to residents of single-family homes. Work demonstrations are also scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday.
Tickets & entry
On the opening day, Friday, professionals, housing association decision-makers, board chairmen, shareholders, and property managers are invited to attend Rakenna & Remontoi 2027 free of charge. This special invitation allows these specific groups to explore industry innovations and network with experts and service providers.
