A formal Awards Ceremony was also held, recognizing achievements in four categories: Trade Show Premiere, Trade Product, Innovation, and Industry Media. Recipients in the Trade Show Premiere category included MWS GROUP and PAKDREW. The Industry Media award was presented to the INWESTOR publishing house. Wood Tech Expo 2027 is hosted by Ptak Warsaw Expo, which is described as the largest International Trade Fair and Exhibition Center in Poland and Central Europe, and a leader in organizing trade fairs in Central Europe. Ptak Warsaw Expo is located in the suburbs of Warsaw. The organizer is a member of several international and national trade fair associations, including the International Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO), the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), UFI, the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, the Event Industry Association, and the National Chamber of Trade Fairs. The center reports hosting over 90 events annually, attracting more than 1.5 million visitors from 70 countries, and accommodating nearly 20,000 exhibitors. The venue offers 143,000 square meters of exhibition space across six modern halls, complemented by 500,000 square meters of outdoor space suitable for exhibitions and other events.
The six halls at Ptak Warsaw Expo offer configurable spaces. For instance, Hall B provides 20,535 square meters of rentable area, divisible into three zones using two soundproof walls, which allows for three independent events simultaneously. It features an aesthetic tiled floor and connectors between Halls A and B, and B and C, which can be used for VIP rooms or catering. Halls C and D each have over 20,000 square meters of rentable space, also divided into three zones with soundproof walls. These halls include glazed conference and meeting rooms on their outskirts. Hall E provides 17,210 square meters, similarly divided, and offers glass spaces for meetings as well as seven conference rooms ranging from 125 to 600 square meters. Hall F, with 21,139 square meters, features terracotta tiled floors in its second and third zones and includes a system of media channels for electrical, plumbing, and compressed air installations. All main halls can be illuminated with natural daylight through skylights or completely darkened as required, and they feature roof structures with suspension points for decorations, lighting, or advertising elements.
**Visiting** Ptak Warsaw Expo is strategically located at the intersection of European north-south and east-west communication routes, serving a region with an economic potential that includes over 100 million inhabitants in Central and Eastern Europe. Access to the venue is facilitated by its proximity to major transport links. It is situated approximately 10 minutes by car from Frederic Chopin International Airport and about 15 minutes by car from the center of Warsaw. The exhibition center is located at the intersection of Poland's expressways S7 and S8 with the A2 motorway. Visitors arriving by car have access to 15,000 parking spaces directly accessible from the halls.
