Spezialisierungen

Modern Modular is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The company designs and builds steel-fabricated modular homes, glamping pods, and commercial spaces. Their steel modular homes use container house-inspired construction, engineered from the ground up with cold-formed steel systems and precision factory fabrication. Homes are fabricated in a controlled facility, off-site, and delivered Canada-wide and to the US. They are engineered for the Canadian climate, using the ZIP System for an airtight envelope, 2lb density spray foam insulation, and weather-resistant metal cladding.

Modern Modular offers products such as the Mod Studio (340 sq ft, 1 bath, from $114,500), Mod One (460 sq ft, 1 bed, 1 bath, from $159,000), and Alpine 720 (720 sq ft, 2 bed, 2 bath, from $239,000). These are listed prices. Every unit undergoes CSA certification before leaving the facility. Products are backed by a warranty.
