In 2019, Civil Engineer Steve Bridger, with over 30 years of large-scale project delivery experience, acquired the business, guiding it through significant growth. Saltair continued to accumulate accolades, securing multiple HIA awards in 2021, including Best Modular Home and Best Custom Home. By 2023, the company had completed landmark commercial projects, such as an award-winning modular build for Sunshine Coast Airport, and expanded into multi-storey residential developments, bolstering its mid-rise capabilities. In 2025, Saltair cemented its position as a government partner of choice, being appointed to the Queensland Department of Education panel and the Homes NSW modular taskforce, as well as completing 36 homes for QBuild in Bundaberg, a Master Builders award-winning social housing project.
Saltair specialises in volume-engineered, turnkey modular solutions, leveraging a "modular first" approach while also offering in-situ construction capabilities. Their process is managed entirely in-house, from initial design by their in-house team, through precision manufacturing of steel-framed modules in their factory, to Australia-wide transport and final on-site installation by their crews.
