Construction Site Expo — Scaffolding and Construction Equipment 2027 is a trade fair held from March 16 – 18, 2027, at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Warsaw, Poland. Organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo, this event represents its 2nd edition and is co-located with World of BUILD Expo.
Ptak Warsaw Expo serves as the venue for Construction Site Expo — Scaffolding and Construction Equipment 2027. The facility is described as the largest international trade fair and exhibition center in Poland and Central Europe, as well as a leader in organizing trade fairs in Central Europe. It features 153,000 square meters of exhibition space across six pavilions and an additional 500,000 square meters of outdoor space, which can be utilized for exhibitions and outdoor events. Annually, Ptak Warsaw Expo hosts more than 140 B2B trade shows, attracting over 1.5 million visitors from 70 countries and nearly 20,000 exhibitors.
The venue's infrastructure includes various halls designed for diverse events. Hall B offers 20,535 square meters of rentable space divided into three zones. Hall C provides 20,588 square meters, also in three zones, and includes glazed conference and meeting rooms. Hall D has 20,288 square meters in three zones, similarly equipped with glazed conference and meeting rooms. Hall E offers 17,210 square meters across three zones, featuring glass spaces for meetings and seven conference rooms ranging from 125 to 600 square meters. Hall F provides 21,139 square meters in three zones, with media channels that include electrical, plumbing, and compressed air installations. Connectors between halls allow for dedicated VIP rooms or catering areas. All halls can be illuminated with daylight or fully darkened, and their roof structures support the hanging of decorations, lighting, or advertising elements.
Ptak Warsaw Expo is a member of several international and national industry associations, including the Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO), the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), and UFI, which encompasses 770 members from 87 countries. It is also affiliated with the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, the Event Industry Association, and the National Chamber of Trade Fairs.
For visitors, the Ptak Warsaw Expo is located 10 minutes by car from Frederic Chopin International Airport and 15 minutes by car from the center of Warsaw. The venue is situated at the intersection of Poland's expressways S7 and S8, and the A2 motorway. It offers 15,000 parking spaces with direct access to the exhibition halls.
