Forestech Expo Poland — Forest and Wood Industry Technology
Forestech Expo Poland — Forest and Wood Industry Technology 2026 is an industry event held from November 24–26, 2026, at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Warsaw, Poland. The event is organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo and marks its second edition, focusing on forest and wood industry technology.
Ptak Warsaw Expo, the venue for Forestech Expo Poland, has previously hosted events focused on similar industry segments. For example, Wood Tech Warsaw Expo 2024 concentrated on wood processing technologies and furniture production. During Wood Tech Warsaw Expo 2024, video interviews were conducted with companies such as Infotec CNC, Metal Technika, and ITA, where discussions involved innovations, industry solutions, and modern machinery. That event also featured an Awards Ceremony across four categories: Trade Show Premiere, Trade Product, Innovation, and Industry Media. In the Trade Show Premiere category, MWS GROUP and PAKDREW received recognition. The INWESTOR publishing house was honored in the Industry Media category. Awards in the Innovation category were presented to Setmil, Ferrere, EBS-Ink-Jet System Poland, MAFELL, and Felder Group Polska. TechnoMaszBud, Polska Grupa CNC, and Crafdrew were distinguished in the Trade Product category for their products showcased at the expo. Wood Tech Warsaw Expo 2024 provided an environment for dialogue, presentation of novelties, and product showcases, as well as opportunities for companies to establish partnerships and gain industry recognition.
Ptak Warsaw Expo operates as the largest international trade fair and exhibition center in Poland and Central Europe. The facility is situated in the suburbs of Warsaw, positioning it in a region identified as having the largest economic potential in Central and Eastern Europe, and at the intersection of European north-south and east-west communication routes, serving a population of over 100 million inhabitants in Central and Eastern Europe. As an organizer, Ptak Warsaw Expo annually hosts over 90 events, including fairs, exhibitions, and conferences, with more than 140 B2B trade shows per year. These events collectively draw over 1.5 million visitors from 70 countries and nearly 20,000 exhibitors each year. The organizer is a member of several international and national trade fair associations, including the International Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO), the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), and UFI, which is a global association of trade fair organizers and facility operators with 770 members from 87 countries worldwide. Additionally, Ptak Warsaw Expo holds memberships in the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, the Event Industry Association, and the National Chamber of Trade Fairs.
The exhibition center features 143,000 square meters of exhibition space, distributed across 6 modern halls. It also provides 500,000 square meters of outdoor space, suitable for external exhibitions, shows, picnics, and sports events. The halls are designed with flexibility, offering modern building systems and the ability to be illuminated with natural daylight through skylights or completely darkened as required by an event. The roof structures of the halls are equipped with suspension points for decoration, lighting, or advertising elements. For instance, Hall F incorporates a system of media channels, providing electrical installations, plumbing, and compressed air installations. Several halls, including B, C, D, E, and F, are designed with soundproof walls, allowing them to be divided into three zones to host independent events simultaneously. The venue also includes more than a dozen conference rooms capable of accommodating between 10 and 500 people within each pavilion.
Visiting Ptak Warsaw Expo is facilitated by its transport accessibility, being located approximately 10 minutes by car from Frederic Chopin International Airport and about 15 minutes by car from the center of Warsaw. The facility is situated at the intersection of Poland's main expressways, S7 and S8, with the A2 motorway. Parking facilities include 15,000 spaces with direct access to the exhibition halls.
