Warsaw Home Build — International Trade Fair for Building and Finishing Materials 2026 is a strategic trade fair for the construction sector held from October 21–24, 2026, at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Warsaw, Poland. Organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo, this event represents the 12th edition of the trade fair and is described as the largest finishing and building materials trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe. It is presented as one of the largest events of its type in Poland and Europe, and one of the most important industry events of the year.
The trade fair is dedicated to professionals in the construction industry, including architects, developers, investors, designers, and construction companies. These categories encompass doors and door accessories; floors and flooring; wall claddings; stairs and and awnings; construction chemicals and paints; radiators and fireplaces; ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Additionally, fence manufacturers, gate manufacturers, and suppliers of balcony equipment are present. The event also covers garden designers and contractors, manufacturers and distributors of paving stones, blinds and awnings, and Home automation - Smart Home systems. Wooden house manufacturers, manufacturers and distributors of roofing and roofing accessories, structural components and modular load-bearing structures, facade materials, workshop equipment, and fluids, greases, and oils are also part of the exhibitor profile. The conference program also includes the Parket Installer Days, an event focused on educating professionals in the installation and finishing of wooden flooring. This program addresses both the production segment, through live demonstrations of machinery for manufacturing and processing flooring materials, and the execution segment, focusing on on-site installation, interior finishing by flooring specialists and installers, and material contracting and surface design by architects.
