Warsaw HVAC Expo — Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Trade Fair 2027 is a trade fair held from February 23 – 25, 2027 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, Nadarzyn (Warsaw), Poland. It is organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo and represents the 5th edition of Poland's HVAC trade fair, an International Fair of Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Techniques. The event is co-located with Smart Home Expo and Isoltex.
The host venue, Ptak Warsaw Expo, is identified as the largest trade fair and congress center in Poland and Central Europe, as well as a leader in organizing trade fairs in Central Europe. The organizer describes it as "the fastest growing trade fair host in Europe" and the only such place in Poland. This hall features an aesthetic floor tiled with terracotta tiles. Connectors between Halls A and B, and B and C, can be utilized for VIP rooms or catering. Hall B can be illuminated with daylight from roof skylights or completely darkened as required. Decorations, lighting, or advertising elements can be hung from the roof structure. Hall C provides 20,588 square meters of rentable area, similarly divided into three zones by soundproof walls, enabling three independent events. It also has an aesthetic floor with terracotta tiles, and glazed conference and meeting rooms are located on the outskirts of its second and third zones. Connectors between Halls B and C, and C and D, facilitate VIP rooms or catering. Hall C also offers options for daylight illumination or darkening, with hanging possibilities from the roof structure. Hall D has a total rentable area of 20,288 square meters, divided into three zones for concurrent independent events using soundproof walls. This hall is equipped with an aesthetic floor tiled with terracotta tiles and includes glazed conference and meeting rooms on the outskirts of its second and third zones. A connector between Hall C and D is available for VIP rooms or catering. Like the other halls, Hall D can be daylight-illuminated or darkened, and supports hanging elements from its roof structure.
Hall E offers 17,210 square meters of rentable area, configured into three zones with soundproof walls to host three independent events simultaneously. It features an aesthetic floor tiled with terracotta tiles, glass spaces for meetings on the outskirts of the zone, and a roofed passage connecting it to Hall F. Hall E also includes seven conference rooms, ranging from 125 to 600 square meters. The hall provides options for daylight illumination or complete darkening, with provisions for hanging decorations or advertising from its roof structure. Hall F, with a total rentable area of 21,139 square meters, is divided into three zones by soundproof walls, allowing for three independent events. Its second and third zones have aesthetic floors covered with terracotta tiles, while glass meeting spaces are located on the outskirts of the zone, connected to Hall E via a roofed passage. The first zone of Hall F is equipped with media channels for electrical, plumbing, and compressed air installations. This hall also supports daylight illumination or darkening and allows for hanging elements from its roof structure.
Ptak Warsaw Expo is a member of several international and national trade fair associations, including the International Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO), the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), and UFI, the global association of trade fair organizers. It is also affiliated with the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, the Event Industry Association, and the National Chamber of Trade Fairs. The venue's calendar includes a range of events such as Bio Expo, Warsaw Home (described as the 4th largest interior design fair in Europe), Warsaw Industry Week, Warsaw Dental Medica Show, TT Warsaw (the largest tourism fair in Poland), FIWE Fitness Trade Show (the largest fitness fair in Central and Eastern Europe), and the Trade Fair of Prefabricated and Modular Houses.
