The World of BUILD Expo 2027 incorporates a "Construction Innovation Congress" with expert presentations. Past editions of the event have featured extensive conference programs. For example, the 2026 conference, organized by the Polish Construction Cluster, included discussions on "Construction trends: Tomorrow begins today" and "A new paradigm for construction in Poland 2026–2030: from cheap labour to smart industrialisation," exploring the transition from cost to technological advantage. Topics such as ESG and prefabrication as foundations for project profitability amidst labor shortages were also addressed. Specific presentations at the 2026 conference covered sound insulation, energy efficiency, and property security in modern window and door joinery design, new generation building materials including modular security, acoustic, and sun protection systems, foamed aluminium, and PET as a decorative material for interior comfort, as presented by speakers from Projectamt and Barwa System Ltd. The conference also investigated why timber frame construction remains marginal in Poland, discussed CO₂ emissions generated during material production, and examined the market potential of lightweight structures within the context of the green transition, with insights from Hyggehus. A digital ecosystem for the sale of ready-made buildings and interiors, Platforma Klickhouse.pl, was also presented. A strategic panel concluded the 2026 conference, debating whether Poland could sell complete buildings and interiors instead of primarily materials.
A separate "Go Passive Forum," organized by the Academy of Healthy Construction, was also part of the program at a past edition (2026), focusing on passive and zero-energy construction. This forum addressed topics such as the passive revolution in Poland, methods for building to passive standards in the public sector, and case studies including the modernization of a 100-year-old tenement building to the Enerpit passive building standard, achieving 90% less energy consumption. It also featured discussions on Saint-Gobain Glassolutions vacuum glass, thermal comfort and air quality utilizing supercomputers and advanced software, and the implementation of EPBD 2024 regulations. Additionally, a "Trends Panel" at a past edition (2026) featured research findings on green infrastructure in modern cities, including the BlueGreenWay stone-soil mixture, and discussed eco-friendly heating and cooling system solutions for modern construction and industrial applications. Award ceremonies for trade fair medals have also taken place at previous editions, such as in 2025 and 2026.
