Nuo 2014 metų specializuojamės individualiai projektuojamų, surenkamų elementų ir modulinių namų gamyboje, derindami Baltijos šalių amatininkų tradicijas su moderniausiomis technologijomis. Esame įsikūrę Rygoje, Latvijoje, bet mūsų namai keliauja į Islandiją, Švediją, Belgiją, Nyderlandus ir kitas šalis. Per daugiau nei dešimtmetį sėkmingos veiklos sukūrėme ir pastatėme daugiau nei 100 individualių surenkamų namų. Mūsų gamybos vieta – Lietuva, leidžia užtikrinti aukštą statybos tikslumą kontroliuojamoje gamyklos aplinkoje, sumažinant vėlavimus, susijusius su oro sąlygomis, kurie dažnai pasitaiko tradicinėse statybose. „Nordland House“ siūlo tiek karkasinius elementų namus, tiek modulinius namus, patenkindami įvairius stilius – nuo modernių vilų iki jaukių A formos namelių ir surenkamų kotedžų. Mūsų moduliniai namai statomi Lietuvoje, todėl užtikrinama preciziška kokybė. Kodėl verta rinktis surenkamus namus? Tai greičiau, pigiau ir išmaniau. Statybos trunka 4–6 mėnesius, nes gamykloje darbai vyksta ištisus metus, nepriklausomai nuo oro sąlygų. Tai leidžia sutaupyti 15–30% lyginant su tradicinėmis mūrinėmis statybomis. Siūlome individualius dizainus – nuo surenkamų kotedžų iki prabangių medinių vilų. Modulinių namų gamyba pasižymi itin dideliu tikslumu ir lankstumu. Moduliai gaminami uždarose patalpose Lietuvoje, o surinkimas vietoje trunka vos 1–5 dienas, sukuriant minimalų trikdžių aplinkai. Ateityje galite lengvai išplėsti savo namus, pridėdami kambarius, pvz., surenkamą garažą ar svečių mansardą. Mūsų komanda naudoja pažangiausią SEMA projektavimo programinę įrangą, kad sukurtų tikslius kiekvieno elemento – sienų, lubų ir stogų – statybos planus.
