eMii-C

The eMii-C system represents Compact Habit's innovative approach to offsite integral modular buildings using reinforced concrete. Introduced in 2009, this system enables the large-scale production of finished concrete modules for various applications. These monolithic, four-sided modules are manufactured in two braced stages using proprietary formwork that allows for horizontal concreting. The eMii-C modules can be stacked up to 8-9 floors high and are fully equipped in the factory to customer specifications before being delivered to the building site.
