Modular & Prefab Expo Poland 2027 is a trade fair for modular construction and prefabricated building materials held from March 2–4, 2027, at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Warsaw, Poland. Organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo, this event is the 2nd edition of what is described as Poland's leading trade fair in its industry.
Ptak Warsaw Expo serves as the venue for Modular & Prefab Expo Poland 2027. It is identified as Poland's largest international trade fair and exhibition center and Central Europe's largest trade fair and congress center. It functions as a leader in organizing trade fairs in Central Europe and is also described as the largest exhibition space in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The facility is located in the suburbs of Warsaw, a region noted for its economic potential in Central and Eastern Europe, positioned at the intersection of European north-south and east-west communication routes.
Annually, Ptak Warsaw Expo hosts over 90 events, including fairs, exhibitions, and conferences, and more than 140 B2B trade shows. It accommodates nearly 20,000 exhibitors and more than 1.5 million visitors from 70 countries each year. The exhibition center offers 143,000 square meters of indoor exhibition space across six modern halls and an additional 500,000 square meters of outdoor space available for exhibitions, shows, picnics, and sports events.
The venue's six halls contribute to its total exhibition capacity. Hall B, for example, has a rentable area of 20,535 square meters, divisible into three zones using two soundproof walls, allowing for three independent events simultaneously. It features an aesthetic floor tiled with terracotta. Hall C offers 20,588 square meters of rentable space, also divided into three zones by two soundproof walls, and includes glazed conference and meeting rooms on the outskirts of its second and third zones. Hall D has 20,288 square meters of rentable area, similarly divided into three zones with soundproof walls, and also includes glazed conference and meeting rooms. Hall E provides 17,210 square meters for rent, divided into three zones with soundproof walls, and features glass spaces for meetings. Hall F has a rentable area of 21,139 square meters, also divided into three zones with soundproof walls. The first zone of Hall F is equipped with a system of media channels, including electrical, plumbing, and compressed air installations. All halls can be illuminated with daylight via roof skylights or completely darkened. The roof structures allow for the hanging of decoration, lighting, or advertising elements. The facility also features more than a dozen conference rooms, ranging from 125 square meters to 600 square meters, located within each pavilion. Special connectors between halls can be utilized for VIP rooms or catering.
Ptak Warsaw Expo is a member of several international and national associations, including the international society of Independent show organizers (SISO), the international association of exhibitions and events (IAEE), and UFI, a global association for trade fair organizers and facility operators. Nationally, it is affiliated with The Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, The Event Industry Association, and The National Chamber of Trade Fairs.

It is located at the intersection of Poland's expressways S7 and S8 with the A2 motorway.
