Teave Happy Home kohta
Happy Home on pälvinud tunnustust, näiteks valiti nende Norra maja Tiskres Aasta energiatõhusaimaks hooneks 2025 tehasemaja konkursil ning neile on omistatud auhindu Eesti disaini eest.

Tenter's commitment to rapid growth and a success-oriented approach underscores its goal to maintain a leading position in the industry. The company's core offering includes a comprehensive range of timber construction components. They manufacture bespoke timber frame wall elements, glulam (glued laminated timber), Posi-Joist floor beams, intermediate ceilings, and roof trusses. Crucially, Tenter also mentions "Puitmajad" (Timber houses), indicating their capability to provide components for or potentially complete timber-framed homes. Their services extend beyond manufacturing to include professional installation of timber trusses and frames, ensuring a smooth and efficient construction process with timely delivery of all necessary materials. Tenter prides itself on its certified production processes, adhering strictly to the EN 14250:2010 quality certificate for timber trusses and holding ETA-20/1169 for Posi-Joist beams. Further demonstrating their professionalism, they possess MTR certifications for both design (EEP004719) and construction (EEH012698). The manufacturing facilities leverage advanced technologies, including a millimeter-precise automated saw line and press tables to enhance efficiency. A unique laser system in the Baltics projects the exact shape of the finished product onto the workbench, guaranteeing precision and quality control. Tenter emphasizes that their industrially produced trusses and beams are custom-designed to meet the specific load requirements of each building, considering self-load, live load, wind, and snow. This precise engineering not only ensures structural integrity but also leads to significant material savings and reduced installation times compared to traditional on-site building methods. Their solutions utilize quality C24 timber, known for its strength and durability. While Tenter primarily operates within the Baltics, serving this region as its largest producer, their focus on high-quality, pre-engineered timber components positions them as a key player in modern, efficient construction.

Greencube
Greencube is an Estonian manufacturer of high-quality prefab and modular homes, cottages, saunas, and office buildings, based in Lihula, Lääneranna parish. The company was founded in 2012 by Henri Bekmann, who initially struggled to find skilled labor for building a year-round cottage for himself. This challenge inspired him to establish his own house factory, an idea supported by the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency (EAS). What started in Kõmsi, Läänemaa, soon expanded, leading to the relocation to a significantly larger, eight-fold capacity facility in Lihula. Greencube specializes in two primary construction methods: element houses and modular houses. For element houses, wall and ceiling components are precision-engineered and manufactured in their factory. These elements are then transported to the client's site, where they are quickly assembled into a complete structure using a crane, with interior finishing handled on-site. Modular houses, on the other hand, undergo a more extensive factory build; not only are the structural components completed, but most electrical, plumbing, and interior works are also finished within the controlled factory environment. This approach allows for faster completion times and can offer a more competitive price compared to traditional on-site construction. Smaller modular units can even be delivered in one piece, with installation taking just a few hours. The company is committed to quality, using modern construction techniques and high-grade materials, with a preference for locally sourced Estonian materials whenever possible. All buildings are properly insulated for year-round use. Greencube emphasizes a 100% personalized approach, working closely with clients to customize existing models or develop unique designs in collaboration with an architect. They pride themselves on delivering a reliable service and durable homes, viewing each house as a decades-long investment. Greencube has received notable recognition, including "Best Small House of the Year" awards in both 2016 and 2018. While their primary market is Estonia, they have also established a strong reputation in the Scandinavian construction market.
