Hilltop Structures, located in Dickson, Tennessee, specializes in the construction and sale of park model RV cabins, offering a solution for affordable and efficient housing. The company was purchased in 2024 by Robert Miller and Elmer Yoder from the King family, with the previous owner, Dave King, retiring. Robert Miller brings a lifetime of construction experience to the company, having learned the trade from his father, who continues to build custom homes in Pennsylvania. He manages the accounting, material purchasing, and administrative aspects of the business, and also assists with sales and delivery. Elmer Yoder contributes his extensive business experience, previously running a successful dairy farm in Kentucky. He handles all the deliveries for Hilltop Structures. Josh King, formerly of the King family, remains with the company as the office manager and salesman, providing product knowledge and customer service.
Hilltop Structures focuses on building Park Model RV Tiny Homes constructed by Amish craftsmen. These homes are designed for longer stays, making them suitable for Snowbirds, Airbnb rentals, or permanent residences. The company aims to provide high-quality cabins and tiny homes while prioritizing customer satisfaction. To achieve this, they discontinued modular model cabins to concentrate solely on park model RV tiny homes. Their goal is to maintain an inventory of pre-built units available for purchase, as well as continue offering custom-built-to-order options.
The Park Model RV Cabins come in various floor plans and offer customizable options, including loft configurations, interior and exterior paint and stain colors, a choice of nine different rustic-style cabinets, interior door styles, and the option for a screened porch. The cabins include standard amenities, such as washer and dryer hookups, a cooking range and stove, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a ductless split heating and cooling unit, and on-demand hot water. They offer log or lap siding, a variety of exterior paint or stain colors, mini-split air conditioning options, and spray foam insulation.
All Park Model Tiny Homes undergo inspection by RVIA inspectors and comply with ANSI A119.5 Codes for Recreational Park Trailers. They are equipped with RVIA seals and include all necessary safety equipment and labels. Hilltop Structures delivers these units throughout the USA, and for areas outside their normal delivery zone, they can arrange for qualified haulers. All Park Model RVIA Cabins come with a 12-month warranty on structure, and manufacturer’s warranties on all appliances, the hot water heater, and the heating/cooling unit.
