Warsaw Home Kitchen — Kitchen Equipment Trade Fair
Warsaw Home Kitchen 2026 is a kitchen equipment trade fair held from October 21–24, 2026, at Ptak Warsaw Expo, Al. Katowicka 62, 05-830 Nadarzyn, Warsaw, Poland. The event is organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo. This edition marks the 10th iteration of the kitchen equipment trade fair and is co-located with Warsaw Home Build.
Ptak Warsaw Expo is described as the largest international trade fair and exhibition center in Poland and Central Europe. It functions as a trade fair and congress center and is identified as a leader in organizing trade fairs in Central Europe. The complex features 153,000 square meters of exhibition space across six pavilions. Additionally, it provides 500,000 square meters of outdoor space suitable for exhibitions and various outdoor events. Ptak Warsaw Expo annually hosts more than 1.5 million visitors from 70 countries and nearly 20,000 exhibitors. The venue's calendar includes over 140 B2B trade shows per year.
Ptak Warsaw Expo is a member of several international and national industry associations. These include SISO (the international society of Independent show organizers), IAEE (the international association of exhibitions and events), and UFI (the global association of trade fair organizers and facility operators), which includes 770 members from 87 countries. Nationally, it is a member of the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, the Event Industry Association, and the National Chamber of Trade Fairs.
Practical Information: Ptak Warsaw Expo is located at the intersection of European north-south and east-west communication routes in a region identified for its economic potential in Central and Eastern Europe. The venue is situated 10 minutes by car from Frederic Chopin International Airport and 15 minutes by car from the center of Warsaw. It is also positioned at the intersection of the S7 and S8 expressways with the A2 motorway. The facility provides 15,000 parking spaces, offering direct access to the halls for visitors.
The exhibition halls at Ptak Warsaw Expo offer flexible spaces. Hall B has a rentable area of 20,535 square meters and can be divided into three zones using two soundproof walls, allowing for three independent events simultaneously. It features an aesthetic floor tiled with terracotta. Connectors between halls, such as between Halls A and B, and B and C, can be utilized for VIP rooms or catering. Halls can be illuminated with daylight via skylights or completely darkened as required. The roof structures are equipped for hanging decorations, lighting, or advertising elements, with load capacity information available from the Technical Department. Hall C has 20,588 square meters and also divides into three zones. It includes glazed conference and meeting rooms on the outskirts of its second and third zones. Hall D provides 20,288 square meters, similarly divided into three zones with conference and meeting rooms. Hall E offers 17,210 square meters and connects to Hall F with a roofed passage, featuring glass spaces for meetings. Hall F has 21,139 square meters, divisible into three zones, and includes a system of media channels in its first zone for electrical, plumbing, and compressed air installations. Across the pavilions, there are more than a dozen conference rooms, ranging from 125 square meters to 600 square meters, designed to accommodate groups from 10 to 500 people.
