The construction method emphasizes a turnkey solution, delivering fully finished, heated, and insulated structures directly from their factory. Key features include robust double-glazed, energy-rated doors and windows with screens, maintenance-free cladding options, and comprehensive acoustic treatment using QuietWall and foam panels to ensure a quiet interior environment. Each pod comes as a "plug and play" unit, pre-wired with 6+ Smart LED spots, an exterior aluminum sconce, and 12+ outlets and USB ports.
