Their foundations are built using all tube steel construction for increased strength and torsion resistance, electric brakes on every wheel, and structural angle sill plates for framing attachment. Foundations also feature pre-installed belly pans and loading jacks.
The company's steel framing kits utilize 20-gauge galvanized steel, pre-cut, pre-drilled, and labeled for straightforward assembly. These kits can be supplied with stamped engineered plans. Shells include Zip System sheathing, Advantech subflooring, and closed-cell spray foam insulation. Turn-key homes include premium features such as vinyl siding, PVC trim, Pella Impervia windows, Feather River fiberglass entry doors, and standing seam metal roofs. Interiors boast PVC tongue and groove paneling, vinyl plank flooring, fiberglass showers, composting toilets, electric on-demand water heaters, induction cooktops, and butcherblock countertops. Closed-cell spray foam insulation is used in floors, walls, and ceilings. Upgrade options such as continuous insulation, solid surface countertops, shiplap interiors, full tile showers, minisplit heat pumps, and propane tankless water heaters are available.
