The Nomad is a customizable tiny home from ARCH 406, designed and engineered by licensed architects and engineers to withstand diverse climates. This tiny home features a steeply-pitched gable roof with a durable 24-gauge standing-seam metal roof system. The exterior offers various material options, including high-pressure laminated Fundermax panels and stained cedar siding. Inside, the Nomad boasts high thermal resistance values with R-20+ walls, R-19 floors, and nearly R-30 roof, argon-filled windows with a U-factor below .30, and clients will have the option of two different trailer lengths to accommodate their needs. The interior features natural birch plywood walls & ceiling, durable wood-look plank-style laminated vinyl tile flooring, butcher-block counters in the kitchen and a composting toilet in the bathroom, making it ideal for individuals or couples seeking a compact and energy-efficient mobile living space.
