eMii-CS

The eMii-CS system, introduced in 2009 by Compact Habit, represents their approach to offsite integral modular buildings using a hybrid steel-concrete construction. This system facilitates the large-scale production of finished hybrid modules suitable for a wide range of building types. These three-dimensional, four-sided modules are fully equipped in the factory, including all building services and interior finishes, before being transported to the construction site. The eMii-CS system allows for buildings taller than those constructed using the eMii-C system.
