Common Buildings (Kitchens, Laundry, Gyms)

SmartMod constructs modular common buildings such as kitchens, laundries, and gyms, which allows for rapid construction and deployment. Built in a factory-controlled setting, these buildings meet the Ontario Building Code (OBC), ESA, and CSA requirements. Structures are delivered with completed HVAC systems, fixtures, cabinetry and durable flooring.
