SmartMod's sectional homes offer larger living spaces over 1000 sq ft, constructed from two or more modules connected on-site. This method ensures faster construction timelines compared to traditional building. Built in a controlled factory environment, they meet or exceed the Ontario Building Code (OBC), ESA, and CSA requirements. These homes are delivered fully finished, including HVAC systems, fixtures, cabinetry and flooring.
