Casas Natura France is a prefab home manufacturer specializing in custom-designed, turnkey modular homes. While the company was founded in Valencia, Spain, Casas Natura France has been operating for over 8 years in France, completing over 40 houses during that time. They serve the entire metropolitan France. Their modular construction system allows for approximately 95% of the building process to be completed in their factory, optimizing costs and minimizing unforeseen issues. Casas Natura offers fully customizable designs, handling the entire building process from start to finish. Their turnkey service includes bathrooms, kitchens, heating, mechanical ventilation, thermodynamics, and certifications related to RT2012 energy efficiency standards, as well as a ten-year structural guarantee. Their team of architects provides services such as building permit applications, financing advice, and damage insurance. The modular system uses a steel chassis to support the structure during crane lifts and transportation. The company can incorporate customer-provided plans and adapt them to the modular system. Houses are constructed using wood sourced from Austria, Sweden, Latvia, and Brazil, all with appropriate CE certifications. Exterior cladding consists of wood siding, plywood, OSB panels, and metal profiles. Interior finishes typically include plasterboard or wood. The structure is specifically designed to withstand movement during transportation and installation, reducing on-site work to approximately one week. The price includes transport, lifting services, and on-site assembly. Casas Natura offers locked-in, turnkey pricing due to its controlled factory construction process. They manage the building permit process, aiming for municipal approval within approximately two months, followed by three months of construction.

DublDom France is a prefab manufacturer specializing in modular homes. As part of an international company, DublDom has experience in producing, installing, and maintaining over 1500 homes across various countries. Their mission is to deliver high-quality architecture at an accessible price point, emphasizing efficient construction to allow homeowners to focus on family, work, travel, and leisure. The company believes that architecture can positively influence the environment and people's lives, driving them to create scalable, affordable designs. DublDom utilizes modular construction methods, building prefabricated wooden modules in a factory setting. Each module represents a finished 'room,' complete with finished walls, floors, ceilings, windows, outlets, lights, plumbing (including bathtub, toilet, and sink in the technical module), and installed boiler with connected communications. Even the oven can be pre-installed during production. These modules are then transported to the building site and assembled. This method significantly reduces construction time and minimizes on-site disruption. DublDom emphasizes environmental responsibility throughout their production process. They prioritize wood, a renewable resource, which requires less energy to process compared to brick or concrete. They optimize logistics to reduce CO2 emissions by transporting finished modules instead of raw materials, minimizing the number of required machines. The installation process is designed to preserve the landscape, minimizing ground disturbance. Furthermore, DublDom homes are energy-efficient, utilizing solar energy for heating through large glazed surfaces and requiring minimal heating energy overall. DublDom prides itself on providing service throughout the entire homeownership experience, including after-sales support. They are recognized for their designs by designers and architects internationally.
