Mūsu piedāvājumā ir plašs māju modeļu klāsts, sākot no mājīgās Atlas mājas (11,85 m2) ar tās daudzfunkcionālo telpu, kas kalpo gan kā guļamistaba, gan virtuvīte, līdz pat plašajai Rhea mājai (79,12 m2). Katrs modelis ir rūpīgi izstrādāts, lai maksimāli palielinātu telpu un funkcionalitāti. Citi populāri modeļi ir Orion (19,5 m2), Midgard (38 m2), Valhalla (49,2 m2), Gaia (23,3 m2), Hera (38,5 m2), Rama (81,8 m2), Freya (21,89 m2) un Orthos (23,55 m2). BalticHaus mājas ir arhitektu projektētas un būvētas, izmantojot labākos pieejamos videi draudzīgos un veselīgos materiālus. Mēs esam profesionāli un orientēti uz klientu apkalpošanu, garantējot ilgtspējību un labāko Skandināvijas kvalitāti. Mūsu vairāk nekā 12 gadu pieredze būvniecībā ir garants jūsu sapņu mājas realizācijai. BalticHaus piedāvā ērtu maksājumu plānu pa posmiem: 35% depozīts, lai sāktu ražošanu pēc līguma noslēgšanas, tad maksājumi tiek veikti pēc karkasa pabeigšanas, siltināšanas, fasādes un jumta darbu veikšanas un pirms iekšdarbu sākšanas. Pēdējais 10% maksājums tiek veikts, kad produkts ir gatavs. Mēs piegādājam mājas visā Eiropā un arī nosūtām uz ASV un citām valstīm pa jūru. Lielākā daļa mūsu māju ir projektētas tā, lai transportēšana nebūtu dārga. Mēs arī transportējam platākas kravas. Māja ir labi aizsargāta no laikapstākļiem, un krava vienmēr ir apdrošināta. Mums ir izstrādāti māju modeļi, kurus var transportēt jūras konteineros. Mēs arī aicinām sadarboties izplatītājus, būvniecības uzņēmumus un nekustamo īpašumu attīstītājus.
