System 01 Single-Storey Cabin
Cabin
Made to Order
From CAD $244,757 (kit)
System 01 is a single-storey cabin with a loft, inspired by Canadian summer cabin culture, with a flexible floor plan that suits family living or small groups. It is based on an 18.5 x 10 foot module (185 sq ft), and modules can be combined into a wide range of layouts, so the floor area depends on the configuration chosen. The shell can often be assembled with little or no mechanical assistance, and a good build team can finish it in 3 to 6 weeks. BHC offers standard and heavy snow load versions. Shell kit: insulated floor, wall and roof panels, windows, doors and exterior cladding. Interior finishes, shipping, foundations and assembly are not included. Published starting price CAD $244,757.
